<p>Quartermaster&nbsp;is a luxurious spacious ground floor maisonette set over two floors at this stunning Georgian Grade II listed property. It is the&nbsp;largest apartment and offers fabulous sea, castle and panoramic sea views, as well as luxurious and spacious accommodation. Enter through the grand entrance hall and feel at home in the chandelier-lit lounge with its high Georgian ceilings.</p>
<p>Quartermaster&nbsp;is a beautifully designed elegant space that pays homage to the magnificent sea view. A full-scale black and white wall mural of Scarborough Harbour stretches across the back wall, bringing the sea from the window view into the room. The luxurious grand style lounge offers generous seating, Georgian features, chandeliers, cornices and fireplace  and is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst taking in the panoramic views either inside or outside on the top terrace.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our grand chandelier lit Georgian kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for a home-from-home experience for those who want to cook or simply relax and take in the views with a coffee. The beautiful round marble dining table with velvet lion knocker chairs making an occasion for your meal, or sip something lovely at the large island.<br></p>
<p>Bedrooms are to the lower ground floor, sleeping up to 4 guests with 2 impeccably presented double bedrooms, featuring Hungarian goose down duvets, soft-touch linen and sumptuous mattresses selected for the perfect night's sleep. The Master Bedroom is generously sized with Smart TV, its own private decked patio, large walk in wardrobe, stunning en-suite, with an impressive rainfall shower featuring body jets, vanity unit and complimentary toiletries. The second double bedroom is romantically decorated with a 4 poster canopy bed, overlooking the pretty gardens to the rear of the property and enjoys a spacious closet. The ensuite features a luxurious walk in rainfall shower, vanity unit and complimentary toiletries. </p>
<p>We also provide toiletries and laundry materials, a hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine/dryer, as well as WiFi and central heating in lovely cast iron radiators – in fact, everything you need for a comfortable and fulfilling holiday.</p>

I booked the Boat House for 2 of my dear friends who have asked me to give the following feedback The apartment was just amazing and went beyond our expectations The location was perfect and spent many hours sitting on the balcony which overlooked the sea front The photographs are a true likeness to what we had inside and outIt was spotless and clean throughout and beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard Parking was no issue and a bonus to haveCommunication was at the highest level before and during our stayUnexpectedly there was a very small issue with the four poster bed which creaked a little on the first night However this was fixed immediately the next morning We have been visiting Scarborough now for many years and this property has by far the best we have ever stayed in

Beyond Expectations

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a good location with fantastic views. My parents, my dog and I stayed here for Christmas, we were looking for somewhere near a beach but not in the middle of nowhere and this fit the bill perfectly. Bonus being that we had two bathrooms so no sharing needed.The apartment, and from what we could gather the whole building, has been refurbished and furnished immaculately. The quality of furnishings, including lush carpet and super soft linens, was notable. We managed to cook Christmas dinner with ease (with our own roasting tins as we wouldn't expect a holiday place to have these) and enjoyed sipping our drinks and looking out at the sea.The location was fantastic also, we had several walks from the doorstep with easy, albeit steep, access to the beach, to the town centre and to Peasholme park.We would most definitely recommend hope to stay again - perhaps from one of the higher up apartments next time as the views from there must be even better.

Fantastic Views

Debbie's place was immaculately clean and as described on the property page. The carpets were sumptuous and soft, the feather and down duvets and pillows too and the beds gave an excellent warm comfortable night's sleep. The property was just perfect, beautiful fireplaces, warm and cosy rooms, in fact we spent much of our time in the property due to the inclement weather and it was like a holiday in itself to be in such plush surroundings. We used two of the places to eat recommendations and found the food from them to be of excellent quality and value. Nothing negative to say about the Quartermaster accommodation it really was excellent in every way. Thank you so much Debbie
