My wife and I loved this beautiful Villa. The gorgeous space felt airy and open, amazing private garden and wonderful new swimming pool. The beach is stunning, and the water is so clear it doesn’t seem real. Lots of super tavernas along the promenade. Awesome hosts. We’ll certainly be back for more!

We loved this beautiful Villa.

Our stay at the Doctor's Villa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the home's warmth, pristine backyard/pool and the close proximity to the ocean. This is the perfect home to have an elevated, yet authentic experience of Greece. The beach is a short 1 minute walk from the house, lined with wholesome shops, bakeries (with delicious spanakopita & deserts), restaurants & the clearest blue water that we've swam in! The home itself is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen, was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The blend of traditional Greek architecture with modern amenities created an ambiance of both charm and luxury. Our host was very welcoming and attentive. They provided excellent local recommendations, whether it was the best local tavernas, hidden beaches, or historical sites, we couldn't recommend this place enough!! Can't wait to visit again!

Spectacular

This review is for the period August 24-29, 2024, which is considered the end of the “in season” for foreign travelers, for a party of 6 adults. 

It was easy to find with google maps. 
Parking is on one side of a private road directly across the street from the house. 
 During our stay we found there were many more cars parked on the road (neighbors) 
 during the weekend (6-8) than during the week (1-3). We rented a large, 9-person van and did not 
 have any significant trouble parking on this road. Entry into the house was as simple as you would expect it to be.

The Doctor’s Villa is a terrific holiday home - spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, and only a 3 minute walk from the beach and local cafes and restaurants. This house is an ideal place to just plant yourself for a week or more and enjoy daily treks down to the beach, or the yard, the pool, the loungers and just chill! The house location is along a quiet, private street set back slightly from the coastal road. The house is well maintained and clean! The instruction manual covered everything we needed to use… was convenient and easy to follow – but also included a lot of local information for travelers – that saved us time. Hosts communications were reliable, informative of the local area and options before we arrived. They provided all the kitchen/house essentials including a generous food surprise upon arrival. The pool was clean, clear, fun, and pleasantly cool, which we greatly appreciated during those hot days, but not cold. The house has a large open area which is a combination kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace, TV and large sofas. Air conditioning was managed by using the 4 or more individual AC units which were in each bedroom and one in the central room, all were in new condition during our trip and worked flawlessly. We did follow the hosts recommended practice of keeping the shades closed during the day when we were out traveling to avoid heat buildup in the house. Since the house was warm when we first arrived it took an hour or so to cool it down to comfortable that first time, but we did not experience any cooling delays after that. During our stay the black grapes were ripe, tasty and abundant – like maybe 35 pounds of abundance. The green ones underripe by a few weeks. We found the house to be a great launching point that allowed us to visit a broad swath of Greece from Athens, to Corinth, to Kalmata without overly long driving times. 
 
Beach: To get to a point on the beach is a short walk from the house, but the beach extends for miles in both directions along the coastal road. The ocean water was very clear, warm and easy to swim. We noticed that while there were always a few people at the beach, most of the locals seemed to show up around dark and the businesses along the beach were open and active until, as I recall, midnight or later. 

Martyna and Chris provided excellent communication throughout and plenty of helpful local advice - great hosts. 
Dorota, who lives nearby was quick to reach out, answer questions and provide info about things. 
 
We would definitely stay here again if/when we plan to be in this area of Greece. Only great memories, no regrets!
