We are a business in Weston-super-Mare, offering Bed & Breakfast accommodation. As we are a B&B, we also live at the property with our friendly 12 year old Golden Retriever, Maximus. Please note therefore: this listing is not the private rental of a house.
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests on one booking, (5 adults max, plus a cot). We only take one booking at a time, so there will not be other guests at the B&B with you.
The reservation system will allocate the number of bedrooms based on the number of guests you select. The King Size bedroom will always be allocated first. 1x King Size Bedroom - Sleeps 2 guests - (Select 1 or 2 guests)... To add a Double Bedroom - Sleeps 2 guests (Select 3 or 4 guests)... To add a Single Bedroom - Sleeps 1 guest (Select 3 or 5 guests)... 1x Cot on request (Under 3's)... Please message or call if unsure of rooms or guest number to select. Therfore if all 3 bedrooms are required for your reservation, please select the number of guests as 5.

Within a short drive to the seafront, we are well located for a visit to Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a relaxing break away, in a spacious setting, with the use of a private garden, covered outside area,&nbsp;summerhouse, & hot tub, and an electric vehicle charger, you won't be disappointed. You are also welcome to use a private garden room which opens up to the garden. Hosts live onsite. Please be aware that we have a very friendly Golden Retriever dog. Hosts have their own private lounge and bathroom.
The listing is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, which is served between the hours of 07:00hrs and 09:30hrs.&nbsp;A continental style breakfast is included for all guests with a varied selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, with tea and coffee provided. 
The Executive King Bedroom (Blue room) has a King sized bed with a Super King size duvet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and work desk / dressing table with mirror.
There is a&nbsp;HD Smart TV with Amazon TV Firestick & Netflix in all bedrooms & the garden room.
Hair dryers and hot drinks making facilities are available in all bedrooms. An iron and ironing board is available on request.
The bathroom is&nbsp;has a bath with shower overhead and handrails for safe access, WC, sink, and heated towel rail.
A travel cot (bedding is not supplied), highchair, and baby changing facilities are available on request at booking. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Families are welcome to book with us, remembering that we have a friendly dog who is used to all ages of children.
Guests have use of the downstairs garden room, which is accessed through the hosts open plan kitchen. The garden room benefits from a large dining table, a corner sofa with a coffee table, music system, Smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, XBOX games console, heating, fan, games & cards, bi-folding doors, and views of the garden.
A small portable aircon unit is available and tower fans for warmer days.
The garden is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a seating area with a table, sun&nbsp;parasols, blankets & cushions.
Check out time is 10:00hrs. Late check-out is available on request for a small charge due to rearranging housekeepers.
A well equipped summerhouse is in the garden, made available to all guests, with music, drinks, fridge, and snacks. There is a hot tub for guests use, with additional towels provided. An outside hot water&nbsp;shower is available in a covered & private&nbsp;area.
There is plenty of parking available at the property. High-speed Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the property and garden.
The house is powered by green electricity, generated through solar panels and stored in batteries so your stay will be kind to our environment. The property also has a type 2 EV charger for guests use (local charges apply)
We are in a great location to visit the surrounding areas of Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Wells, and Cheddar.
Hosts will be onsite and available 24/7 while guests are booked in. We are comfortable to interact with guests as needed and will leave all guests space to enjoy their time with us.
We are a quiet estate house, with our own private driveway and ample parking. Easy access to the sea front and the M5. We are within walking distance of local shops, supermarket, pub's and restaurants.
There are nearby bus routes into town, to the Seafront and Bristol. We are within walking distance of train stations (Worle or Milton).
There is a smoking and vaping area outside. Although the kitchen is not made fully available for guests' private use, the use of a microwave, fridge and freezer are available on request, with crockery & cutlery also available. Guests are welcome to bring take-away meals into the garden room, but food and drink is requested not to be taken upstairs to the bedrooms.&nbsp;
The seafront is approximately a 30 min walk or a 8 min drive.

Quiet and beautifully designed

It was easy to find, parking right outside house on drive. Beautiful house and Mell and Cai were very chatty and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely too. They have a gorgeous dog named max at the house and he stole the show. So calming and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Dungarvon House Bed & Breakfast and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Cai, Mell and Max their dog made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented, with so much attention to detail. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Dungarvon House to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay.
