This 2-bedroom apartment is on the lower ground floor and accommodates up to 10 guests. No balcony or terrace.&nbsp;There is an outdoor space with in-land views, outdoor dining, and a BBQ area—perfect for family&nbsp;and friends.

2.&nbsp;A refundable Security Deposit of €200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards. 
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.
