Loft Boutique a due passi dal Colosseo | Gio Roma

Fantastic apartment in a great location for exploring Rome on foot. The apartment itself is exactly as photographed and described; super clean and fresh on arrival. Jacopo is a very responsive host, what more can you ask. If I had to draw a negative, it would be that there is a busy walking tour operator directly opposite the apartment, so there are a lot of people milling about all day, everyday. This is not disturbingly noisy, but there is a background of chatter during the day if you have the windows open. Area very quiet at night, and we were out being tourists ourselves all day, so was not an issue for us at all...In fact it provided a few amusing moments where people were “checking their makeup” in the reflection of the front door completely unaware we were stood the other side chuckling away.

Fantastic apartment

Such a beautiful and eclectic apartment right down the street from the Colosseum. We could literally walk out the door a few feet and see it! The king bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. Host was very responsive and allowed us an early check in!

Beautiful apartment

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb is even more beautiful in person and much larger than the photos show. The decor is thoughtfully designed, and having two bathrooms plus a washer and dryer was especially convenient after traveling. The location is perfect! close to the Colosseum and train station. Jacopo was an excellent host, very communicative and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it

Booking this place at the very last minute was the best decision I could have made! My trip to Rome was completely unexpected, but Jacopo and his team made everything so seamless. They were incredibly welcoming, quick to communicate, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home right away. The place was spotless, comfortable, and professionally decorated. I couldn’t have asked for a better host in Rome. Would love to come back next time if we get to explore Rome again! :) Grazie <3

Just an amazing place

Jacopo’s place is nothing less than incredible. Super stylish apartment that feels spacious and luxurious. Steps away from the colosseum which is magical. Convenient to all the sights of Rome. AND Jacopo was beyond responsive and filled with great recommendations. Do yourself a favor and book this space, you won’t regret it!
