The interior of the&nbsp;home is&nbsp;island inspired&nbsp;with chic decor and a simplistic design. The convenient layout makes entertaining easy. You’ll&nbsp;find a fully stocked kitchen with water views over the sink, a living room that connects to a screened in patio,&nbsp;and the dining room with an abundance of natural light seeping in via the hurricane force windows. Each bedroom is just as thoughtfully decorated. The master with King bed and en-suite bath is a lovely retreat after a long day of enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with Twin trundle and the third bedroom also features a Queen bed. Near the kitchen you’ll&nbsp;also find the laundry room with washer and dryer. 
Marathon is known for it’s world class fishing,&nbsp;and not only can you see the Gulf of Mexico from your kitchen sink, but you can be in the Atlantic Ocean via Vaca Cut in less than a few&nbsp;minutes. If you’d like to get your toes in the sand,&nbsp;Coco Plum & Sombrero Beach are also just a couple miles&nbsp;away and there is also a public boat ramp just under&nbsp;one mile from the home.

Seasonal Seaweed Notice:
Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer while gulf-side canals see it more in winter. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay, especially if you’re staying in the winter months. * "Linen fee" is actually the damage waiver. Read more about it in our guest agreement.

*&nbsp;Security cameras around the exterior of the home including one by front door facing driveway and one over pool facing boat lift and record both video and audio.
*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax)&nbsp;and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.
*Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME&nbsp;if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
