The ground floor offers a Family Suite featuring:
	•	Bedroom 1 (King bed)

	•	Living room with pull-out couch
	•	Dry kitchenette with a coffee bar
	•	Private entrance—ideal for small families or couples wanting extra space
	•	Overlooks the pool area, making it a great spot for morning coffee.
 
2nd Floor Guest Quarters 
The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring:
	•	Main kitchen, living area & large covered patio
	•	Casita—a 2-bedroom, 1-bath private villa connected by a covered breezeway, featuring:
	•	Bedroom 2 (King bed)
	•	Bedroom 3 (Two twin beds)
	•	Living room with pull-out couch & fully stocked kitchenette
	•	Ideal for growing families or couples who enjoy a private space for morning coffee or a nightcap.
 
3rd Floor Guest Quarters 
The third floor of the main house features:

* Pool/Spa heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax)&nbsp;and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.
*Spa heat is not included without paying for pool heat
*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.
* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.
*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
* This home may only be available from Saturday – Saturday during peak season.
*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
