Important Notes
• Exterior security cameras are present on the property
• Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax)&nbsp;and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.
• Pets allowed (max 2):
$250 + tax (1 pet) | $500 + tax (2 pets total)

• A 3.9% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
• Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching difficult for some guests
