This modern Farmhouse has the best of old and new.  Fun and relaxed, yet chic and gorgeously furnished.  Two Upstairs lofts and two separate wings that offer privacy for couples.  Two master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, sleeping den, loft and 5 bathrooms.

Luarca is a non-owner occupied property.  Therefore, the entire property (2800 sq. meters) are available to enjoy.  The pool is amazing.  Swim laps, lounge with your chair and umbrella on the beach with your feet in the pool.  One grand fireplace and three wood burning stoves for warmth and beauty.

We do not live on the property.  The home is fully available to our guests.

Luarca (the house name) is located in El Golf adjacent to the world renowned L'Auberge Hotel (for dinner, drinks, or afternoon famous Belgian Waffles.) Only a 1 1/2 block walk to the beach and renowned beach restaurant.  Within 5 minutes, you are at the trendiest restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping in Punta del Este.  Of course, golfing and tennis are 2 blocks away as well.  

Bus stops located 1 1/2 block away.

Luarca is fully remodeled for year round living.  It boasts radiant heating, stainless steel appliances, open kitchen, gorgeous parilla, pizza oven, fully gated, electric gate, off-street parking for 10-12 cars.  Beautifully landscaped with berries, fruit trees, palms, bougainvillea.  Private and secure.
