Welcome to our luxurious 6-bedroom villa located in the heart of Protaras, just a stone's throw away from the world-renowned Fig Tree Bay.
This stunning property boasts all the amenities you need for a truly memorable vacation, including a private swimming pool( heated at an extra cost), fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas.
Step inside and you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space that is perfect for relaxing and socializing with family and friends. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV, while the adjacent dining area seats up to 14 guests.
The villa's six bedrooms are spread out over three floors and are designed with your comfort in mind. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, premium linens, and ample storage space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. All the bedroom except the master bedroom can be set as either two luxury single beds or a very comfortable double bed depending on customer sleeping arrangements !

13 of us stayed at the villa during June/July for 2 weeks. The villa is excellent - modern, spacious, clean and has everything (and more) that you need. There is lots of space inside and out with great touches poolside like the big comfy beanbags for use in the pool, table tennis and a dartboard - these went down a treat with all age groups!. We used the BBQ a couple of times during our stay which was ideal for those lazy evenings by the pool when we were tired from long busy days out (water park and boat trip). The roof top bar area with a pool table was a fave meeting place for drinks and a few games of pool before we headed out on an evening (some of us used the jacuzzi up there too on our return!).Excellent, private location, very central and only a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. The villas are set back so you don’t hear any noise or people walking past.The hosts are very attentive and friendly and easy to contact, nothing was too much trouble. Any questions were answered straightaway. Communication and responsiveness of the team was excellent.We will definitely be back and I 100% recommend the villas to others. Stayed a few nightsWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was perfect: the house is superb, very clean, comfortable and even more beautiful than in the photos. We immediately felt very comfortable there and fully enjoyed every moment. An excellent experience that we would definitely recommend without hesitation. We'll be happy to go back!
