Welcome to our luxurious 6-bedroom villa located in the heart of Protaras, just a stone's throw away from the world-renowned Fig Tree Bay.
This stunning property boasts all the amenities you need for a truly memorable vacation, including a private swimming pool( heated at an extra cost), fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas.

The villa's six bedrooms are spread out over three floors and are designed with your comfort in mind. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, premium linens, and ample storage space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. All the bedroom except the master bedroom can be set as either two luxury single beds or a very comfortable double bed depending on customer sleeping arrangements !

The location was perfect! A 5 min walk to the shops/ restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach. The villa itself was stunning- it had everything we needed and amazing extras- sauna, jacuzzi, games room

Exceptional

The Fig Tree Bay Residence was a beautiful villa and the perfect place for our family holiday. It was conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach, making everything easily accessible. The lift was a huge bonus for my elderly grandparents and made their stay much more comfortable. Kyriako and his team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and always quick to accommodate any requests we had. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying in Residences 6. The villa is superb it is spacious and extremely modern. We stayed with our 3 adult children and their partners. The villa is really well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were excellent and could not do enough for us. Organised transfers to and from the airport. On the day of our departure the host family turned up to take our cases to their offices as we had a late flight. Touches like this are why we will be returning.The villa is within 30 m of bars and restaurants and about 80 metres of the beautiful beach Fig tree bay.Highly recommend these villas

Highly recommend these villas

The host was incredibly attentive, and it was a pleasant surprise when the villa was cleaned during our stay — with fresh bed linen and towels provided.The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for cooking, from appliances to dishes. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful surprise that made us feel truly welcomed.The location is exceptional — the sea is less than a 5-minute walk away, with a lovely promenade to enjoy. Shops and everything essential are just around the corner.
