It is situated at the center of Protaras, only 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Protaras. 
The modern villa is characterized by 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. 
The outside areas of the stunning Villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the famous Mediterranean sunshine.
Numerous sun loungers with towels surrounding the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months and a unique outside dining.

Exceptional

 The Villa is great and is walking distance to everything you will need in the town which has great restaurants and shops. Children loved the pool which was heated and the hot tub on the roof. Also has a PS5 with games. We had an issue with an AC unit in one of the rooms and they replaced it the same day. Great place and great hosts. Will stay again!

We loved our stay here

Wow! We just had the most amazing week in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect. All rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could need. The pool area is amazing and private with super comfortable sun beds. The roof terrace has a hot tub that sits 6 people, a pool table and bar area perfect for entertaining. The villa is in a privately gated complex on a quite road, but just a short walk from local bars and restaurants. The beach is about 5 mins walk away too so it is perfectly located. My family and came to celebrate my 50th birthday and we're already talking about returning. I thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.

+ Fantastic location, literally 3min walk to Fig Tree Bay, 2 mins to the main strip.
Immaculate Villa, everything was spotless clean, abundance of glasses and cutlery, every possible facility you need from coffee machines, grill, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
The pool area, roof top, all perfect.
