We are delighted to introduce this stunning 4 bedroom luxury villa situated in the most desirable location of Protaras, just 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach and the main tourist centre of Protaras. All the necessities are within easy walking distance where you will find shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and the night life. This superb villa is beautiful inside and out, with luxurious furnishings and fittings, everything to make your holiday enjoyable and comfortable. The villa has 3 levels consisting or 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, all with en-suite shower bathrooms and a 4th bedroom in the basement area. All bedrooms have double beds. On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is open with modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy a movie. The dining area has a dining table which seats eight people. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. On the ground floor you will also find a guest WC. The outside area of the villa is made for ultimate relaxation, the perfect place to soak in the famous Mediterranean sunshine, including a fantastic roof garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine and admire the lovely views. Numerous sun loungers with towels surround the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months. There is also an outside dining and barbecue area. A stunning villa in a unique location for an unforgettable holiday.

We arrived as a family with our dog and all our belongings, and it truly felt as though we had moved our entire home life to Protaras. This is without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in.Each child had complete privacy and their own bathroom. The house is incredibly well equipped, with board games, PlayStation, Uno, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and a wonderful swimming pool. Our teenager stayed in the outside room, while the other children enjoyed their own private rooms, and we stayed in a luxurious suite. There is also a fantastic jacuzzi on the roof, which made the experience even more perfect.The property is very secure, with codes, gates, and everything needed to feel safe and comfortable. Every time we needed anything, the service was immediate, kind, and exceptional.Honestly, we could not have imagined a more perfect place. In short, this is an outstanding villa with amazing hospitality. We have already recommended it to everyone

The location is perfect. The villa is just a few hundred meters from main road but you dont hear noise at all. Also 5 minute walk to beach is awesome. Here you dont need a car in everyday life. You can find several grocery stores near villa. We were 8 people visiting and there was many things to do in the villa, too. We spent time in jacuzzi, played pool and ping pong and threw darts. One luxury thing for us was shower and toilet in every bedroom. Kyriakos answered to our questions fast and when there was something missing he arranged it by the next day. I can recommend this villa for a group who wants privacy, hobbies to do in villa and a bit luxury. You cannot find a better location, as I mentioned first.
