I personally welcome my guests at check-in to show them the property and make sure everything is clear and comfortable for their stay. I am always happy to share local tips about the best restaurants, boat rentals, scenic walks and hidden places around Lake Como. During your stay I remain available if needed, while of course leaving you full privacy to enjoy the house and the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.
The property is located directly on the lake and features a private dock with direct water access, which makes it a very special place but also requires attention, especially with children. The studio includes a comfortable hidden double bed that easily transforms the living space from day to night. The free parking area is located on the main road about 2 minutes away on foot.
