Four minutes on foot from Solanas beach, this private two-bedroom home brings the holiday outdoors. The enclosed garden terrace is framed by bougainvillea and greenery, with shaded seating, open-air dining and plenty of space to slow down after the sea.
Cook outside on the barbecue or traditional wood-fired stone oven, rinse off beneath the garden shower, and let long lunches stretch into the evening. The walled terrace feels private and relaxed, while a reserved parking space keeps arrivals straightforward.
Inside, the home sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms and a living area. You will find air conditioning in every room, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a practical kitchen, a washing machine and family-friendly essentials. The double bedroom and bunk-bed room give different routines their own space.
Solanas beach, cafés and local restaurants are a short walk away. Beach umbrellas and folding loungers are provided for days on the sand, and the coastal road puts Villasimius and the beaches of south-east Sardinia within easy reach.
Garden Terrace is a separate lower-level home with its own entrance and outdoor areas; the Sea View apartment is offered independently above.
