Chalet Sherwood is a gorgeous 250m2 penthouse apartment with five bedrooms and designer interiors. Tucked away close to the Les Moulins nursery slope, Sherwood is ideal for families or those wanting a quiet location, whilst still only a few minutes from the centre of Verbier.

The chalet's elevated position allows for breathtaking views across the valley which can be enjoyed from the principal bedrooms, the spacious living area or extensive terraces.

The impressive open-plan living and dining area is the height of alpine chic. Beautiful fabrics and sumptuous sofas surround the large stone fireplace and hidden flat-screen TV, the perfect place to relax after a hard day on the slopes. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the large dining area which can comfortably sit ten people.

Floor-to-ceiling French windows open out onto a spacious terrace filled with stylish outdoor furniture. Also situated on this floor are three bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with access to a terrace, plus a twin bedroom and bunk room, sharing a family shower room. There is also a separate WC.

Finished to the highest specification, the two large principal bedrooms are located upstairs. Both have large en-suite bathrooms and French windows opening out to a shared terrace. Located two floors below, the downstairs TV room is great for kids, or can be used as a yoga studio.

Sherwood boasts a Bose sound system, Sky TV, Apple TV and Netflix. It also comes with two garage parking spaces. The private ski room can be accessed by a lift to all level.

Sherwood Penthouse, Verbier

A lovely penthouse and a really enjoyable stay. The location in Val de Bagnes was superb, close to the slopes and the village. It comfortably fit our group of 10. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the sun. Check-in was smooth and the welcome was warm. We left very happy and would return.

Comfortable and superbly located — Val de Bagnes

From the moment we walked in, this penthouse felt like home. The location in Val de Bagnes was superb, close to the slopes and the village. It comfortably fit our group of 10. Evenings by the fireplace were so cosy. Having secure parking on site took all the stress out of arrival. The photos really don't do it justice, it's even better in person. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday — we didn't want to leave.

Could not fault it
