Characterized by the wild nature of majestic snow-capped peaks, small alpine lakes and protected areas in natural parks, the scenery that distinguishes Alta Badia is enriched with countless offers for sport and leisure - from skiing to snowboarding, from excursions to road bike or mountain bike routes, from climbing to horseback riding - without neglecting some well-deserved relaxation.

The property, 1,000 internal square meters divided on five levels served by a lift, plays on the perfect alternation of wood and glass in a harmonious combination of shapes and colors.

The warm tones of the external façade are also echoed in its luxurious, elegant and refined interiors, characterized by tasteful furnishings. Alongside six bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and eight additional bathrooms spread across the floors, this villa features an exclusive spa with an indoor pool, a sauna and a Turkish bath. Further rooms are located in the basement, including a cozy recreational room, a big cellar, a boiler room, a laundry room and a garage.

The 300-sqm garden surrounding the property follows the course of the land in a slight slope, allowing you to take advantage of the excellent natural brightness even on the lower floors through large shafts.
