This magnificent 4.5-room ski-in/ski-out flat was built in 2008 in the Vermala district with all comforts and magnificent views of the Alps. It is situated in a quiet location close to the centre. South-facing, it is bright and enjoys plenty of sunshine.

The property offers 290 sq m of living space spread over three floors, with a lift leading directly to the interior. The entrance hall features a vestibule, a laundry room, a fully fitted kitchen, a storeroom, a dining room and a large living room with a television. A large bedroom, a bathroom with WC and a guest WC are also located on this floor. Two balconies/terraces allow you to spend time outdoors and admire the breathtaking mountain views.

The lower floor has two principal bedrooms. One has a shower room with WC and a dressing room, and the other has a winter garden. Another bathroom completes this floor.

A mezzanine provides access to two additional areas and a small bedroom with a terrace.

3BR Penthouse in Crans-Montana

We had the most wonderful stay at this penthouse. You really are perfectly placed in Crans-Montana. Cosy but with everything we needed. The balcony views in the morning were something else. The lift made getting luggage and gear between floors effortless. We spent every sunny moment out on the terrace. Communication with the team was quick, friendly and professional. The photos really don't do it justice, it's even better in person. Every room was finished to a genuinely high standard, with quality linens and thoughtful little touches throughout. The team were genuinely helpful from the first enquiry to check-out and answered every question quickly. We would return without hesitation and cannot recommend it enough.

A wonderful holiday

We had the most wonderful stay at this penthouse. A fantastic base for skiing in Crans-Montana. Cosy but with everything we needed. The lift made getting luggage and gear between floors effortless. We loved our coffee on the balcony. Being able to click out of our boots and ski straight onto the piste was a dream. The living space was generous and perfect for relaxing together. The interior was beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. The design struck a perfect balance between modern and cosy alpine style. The whole place was immaculate on arrival and clearly very well maintained. We are already planning to come back next season. Highly recommended.
