The sestieri are historic locations that in Cortina determine belonging to a culture that is handed down from father to son and that determines the charm of the characteristic Ampezzo houses. This is certainly one of the most suggestive conservative recoveries of the valley.
The property with independent entrance is on two floors and consists of a living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, guest toilet and balcony that enjoys light and a view to the south; in the sleeping area we find four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a balcony facing south.
The property is completed by a service room with toilet, laundry room, cellar from which you can also access the apartment and heating system with independent pellet boiler.

3BR Apartment in Cortina Centre

An absolutely fantastic apartment — one of the best we have ever stayed in. You really are perfectly placed in Cortina d'Ampezzo. A perfect size for us. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the sun. The balcony views in the morning were something else. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Ten out of ten. Do yourself a favour and book it.

Wonderful Cortina d'Ampezzo escape

What a truly special week we had here. The location in Cortina d'Ampezzo was superb, close to the slopes and the village. A perfect size for us. We loved our coffee on the balcony. Evenings by the fireplace were so cosy. Having secure parking on site took all the stress out of arrival. Attention to detail throughout the property was outstanding. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. The team were genuinely helpful from the first enquiry to check-out and answered every question quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals, right down to good knives and plenty of glassware. We are already planning to come back next season. Highly recommended.

Could not fault it

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. You really are perfectly placed in Cortina d'Ampezzo. Ideal for a smaller group. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the sun. The balcony views in the morning were something else. The interior was beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. We are already planning to come back next season. Highly recommended.
