Beachfront Apartment with Roof Top

Staying at this property was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality by the landlords. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing a warm welcome and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and genuine kindness made us feel right at home.
The property itself boasts a stunning view that took our breath away every single day. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the picturesque landscape offered a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The serene surroundings and natural beauty of the area made every moment special.
Cleanliness was another standout feature of this property. It was impeccably maintained, with every detail carefully considered to ensure a pristine environment. From the spotless rooms to the well-kept outdoor spaces, it was evident that the landlords take great pride in their property. This attention to detail provided a sense of comfort that truly enhanced our experience.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, we had a great holiday. Beautiful location, right on the sea. Apartment is very nicely decorated and staff really very friendly and helpful. There is everything nearby, supermarket, restaurant, where you can walk as well. Can recommend for family or friends.

What can I tell you?
Really a !!beautiful!! beautiful finished and super cozy apartment - yet much nicer than the pictures can display- with incredibly convenient amenities and comfort, all space, breathtaking views from the terrace and from the living room, a super the luxurious private roof terrace, a picturesque beach with azure water and beach bar right under your feet, the center 10 minutes walk and as cherry on the cake super friendly people waiting for you day and night... What more do you want?
"None problem." is the most commonly used phrase in Croatia to the tourist, says on one of the fun pillows in the apartment, and so it is.
The people who rent it not only count on location and views, but think about everything you might need. This goes from all kinds of kitchenware and coffee cups and tea bags to a large TV with many modern possibilities (casting, Netflix, Disney+ etc). Worried you have to walk down too much on that roof terrace? No problem, the roof terrace also features a room with refrigerators, glasses, a counter etc. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and there is also a toilet in the hallway. There is spare toilet paper everywhere, towels, dishwasher tablets, super-convenient ovens, washing machine, drying cabinet, individually adjustable air conditioning in each room or living space, a pepper and salt barrel... Everything you can think of is just there.
These super sweet people had even done a little message for us with some basic necessities (bread, spreads, wine) so we didn't necessarily have to think about that right away. We got tomatoes and figs from their own garden.
All you could miss is a gym or a pool. But since you only have to go down to get into the sea, a swimming pool is actually unnecessary.

A dream stay

Before you read this review, you should book this place. I am afraid it won’t be available by the time you make up your mind. Go ahead..I’ll wait…done? Great! I promise you, You won’t regret it! This place has exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. The house is gorgeous, every amenity that you need, they have it. Location. Other than being inside the water, this place couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. Although it’s a public beach, it felt like we were on our private beach. Hosts made sure that beach chairs and Umbrella was set up for us every morning. Speaking of hosts..Marina and her Parents were such wonderful hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They’ve greeted us with stocked fridge and Soparnik (G0ogle it) and a bowl of fresh figs from their yard. Thanks to them, I now have fig addiction. They even got up at 4 am to send us off on our way to the airport. I am now planing my next trip to Croatia and I am def booking this place again!

We booked this apartment although there were no reviews. We were positively surprised in all respects. From the first contact to the departure we could fall back on the help of the landlord at any time. The apartment is very modern, clean, with attention to detail, fully furnished and in a perfect location. Short walks to the beach, a beautiful roof terrace and panoramic views all the way to Split. It is highly recommended for couples, but also for families. We really enjoyed the hospitality and our stay there. If the apartment is available again and our time allows, we will definitely book it again. Thank you Marina & family for the great time!
