Sunny House is the "whole year" ideal solution for your holiday in Siracusa. A few steps by the sea, and at less than 5 minutes by car by the island of Ortigia. At less than 10 minutes you can find the seaside resorts of Arenella (beach) and Fontane Bianche(beach). For the holders of nautical licence there is also the possibility to rent a beautiful boat in the near dock (500 mt). The villa, is equipped with every comfort. 3 bedrooms, (each one with tv lcd ) 4 bathrooms (of which one with tub), fireplace, washer, very beautiful and large garden with English palms and lemon pants, professional barbecue and firewood oven. Sunny House is placed in a privileged and magic location, absorbed in the peace and in the silence of the country, but at the same time very close to the sea ,by one side and to the city, by the other side. The Villa is built on the rests of an ancient landowners' farm-house and is completely restructured and modernized.

I just spent a lovely week with my family in The Sunny House. The house was even better than the photos. It was spacious, modern and very clean. They’ve even added a sauna which wasn’t in the photos. Antonio was very friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. All in all it was a fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.
