The door between the living room and the extra beds allows you to create some privacy if desired. And don't forget the balcony, a real asset in summer and winter to enjoy the view and the fresh air. 
 Another point to emphasize is that cleanliness is very important to us. I've been an Airbnb host for over 13 years and have been using Airbnb on vacation myself since the very beginning.
We also have a free indoor parking space included in the price, located in the village's indoor parking lot, a 6-minute walk away.
