La villa, che è costruita su diversi livelli lungo il profilo della collina, è dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento, pertanto può essere utilizzata per le vacanze durante tutto l'anno. La villa è composta dall'edificio principale su 2 piani e da una dependance, quindi può ospitare fino a 14 persone.
 La proprietà è circondata da terrazze e giardini fioriti con vista sul mare e sulla costa. La casa principale ha quattro camere da letto al piano superiore. La camera 1 è una camera doppia con un comodo letto matrimoniale, TV, bagno privato con vasca e terrazza panoramica. La camera 2 è una camera doppia con un letto king size, TV e terrazza panoramica. Il bagno si trova appena fuori dalla camera. La camera 3 è una camera doppia e ha un letto king size con finestra panoramica e bagno privato. La camera 4 è una camera doppia con 2 letti singoli, TV e una finestra panoramica. Il bagno si trova appena fuori dalla camera. (Un letto estraibile è disponibile su richiesta). Le altre tre camere, due delle quali sono ensuite, si trovano nell'Annesso. Ci sono una camera matrimoniale e due camere doppie (che possono essere trasformate in letti matrimoniali su richiesta).
 La villa è situata sulla cima di una collina, a circa 300 metri sul livello del mare, sullo splendido mare dell'Oasi Naturale di Punta della Campanella. Si trova quindi in una zona tranquilla al centro di Massa Lubrense e Sant'Agata sui due Golfi - un paesaggio incontaminato di campagna con agrumeti e uliveti nel cuore della Penisola Sorrentina. La proprietà è anche a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Sorrento (10 min) e Positano (20 min); la porta d'accesso alla Costiera Amalfitana. A pochi chilometri dalla villa, si trova la baia di Nerano con la sua spiaggia di ciottoli, dove gli ospiti potranno godere delle acque cristalline del Golfo, pasti a base di pesce fresco e gite in barca alle magiche calette e insenature, che fanno parte dell'Area Marina Protetta, dell'isola di Capri o lungo la Costiera Amalfitana.
 Al piano terra, si trova un ampio open space con due divani di lusso, comode sedie, TV a schermo piatto, stereo e computer per ascoltare musica e rilassarsi. Il soggiorno ha anche un camino, situato di fronte a finestre panoramiche, che consente di godere di momenti romantici. La zona pranzo è dotata di un tavolo da pranzo in stile inglese del XVIII secolo per 8/10 persone. Accanto alla zona pranzo, c'è una cucina molto ben attrezzata, arredata nello stile rustico della costiera amalfitana! Un bagno di servizio si trova anche su questo piano.
 Un'ampia terrazza panoramica corre attorno alla casa principale, con un pergolato, ombreggiato da una rigogliosa vite rampicante. Questa terrazza ha un tavolo decorato con piastrelle fatte a mano in stile Vietri e sedie per 8/10 persone. Qui puoi cenare o fare colazione all'aperto di fronte alla splendida vista della baia di Nerano e del golfo di Salerno. Dall'altro lato, ci sono due aree lounge con due comodi divani e una poltrona dove puoi ammirare un fantastico tramonto con un cocktail o un bicchiere di vino e stuzzichini al tramonto o subito dopo cena al chiaro di luna. C'è anche un ampio spazio verde e un'altra grande terrazza panoramica. Tutti i mobili sono realizzati in elegante ferro battuto.
 Scendendo, si trovano un solarium e la piscina. Tutta l'area è circondata da ulivi, bouganville e piante mediterranee per garantire la massima privacy in un ambiente piacevole, ammirando la vista mozzafiato delle isole Li Galli e della Costiera Amalfitana. L'area piscina è divisa in due livelli. Il livello superiore è composto da una zona soggiorno con divano, un cocktail bar, un angolo cottura e una zona pranzo. Il livello inferiore è composto dalla piscina vera e propria e da un solarium attrezzato con lettini. In questa zona sono disponibili anche uno spogliatoio e un bagno con doccia.
 Per gruppi più numerosi, di 8 o più persone, la villa dispone anche di una grande dependance, un appartamento indipendente con spazio esterno privato con vista sul mare. Dispone inoltre di un soggiorno con ampie porte-finestre che regalano una spettacolare vista sul mare e di un angolo cottura attrezzato con fornelli a gas, frigorifero/congelatore e forno a microonde. Ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali con bagno interno. C'è una camera matrimoniale e due camere doppie (che possono essere trasformate in letti matrimoniali su richiesta). C'è anche un bagno aggiuntivo attrezzato con lavabo, WC, vasca con doccia e asciugacapelli.
 Durante il soggiorno in questa villa, ti consigliamo di avere un'auto. Potrai parcheggiarla gratuitamente in loco in un parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio è adatto a un massimo di tre piccole auto (delle dimensioni di una Fiat Punto o più piccole). Si prega di notare che l'accesso alla villa avviene tramite una strada stretta, non adatta a grandi SUV, camper o roulotte. Ti consigliamo di utilizzare un'auto di piccole dimensioni (delle dimensioni di una Fiat Punto o più piccole).

7 bedroom villa with private pool overlooking Amalfi Coast

Beautiful villa set in the perfect location with panoramic views  of the sea & Amalfi Coast.  Villa is very spacious - it was great to have the annex for our daughters & their friends.  The infinity pool is a good size with spectacular views.  Many thanks to Alfonso in the Uk & Carmine in Italy for all their excellent help in ensuring we had a fab time.  Would recommend a private boat trip to Capri, chef to cook in the house, Pompeii & Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast tour & most definitely the wine tasting!!  Living in paradise is the only way I can describe the holiday & we were very sad to leave.

We just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at this villa! This villa is advertised here as 4 bedrooms, but there are actually 7 bedrooms ( sleeps 13 without using couches or trundle beds), with 7 bathrooms ( including one by the pool). There were 10 of us, age 15 to 80, and the house was perfect! There are large areas where we could all gather, as well as several private sitting areas for quiet time. The multi-level set up of this villa is ideal for privacy when you want it, although there are many stairs. Our favorite areas to gather were the large outdoor dining area overlooking the sea, shaded by a pergola of mature wisteria vines ( sorry we missed this area in bloom) adjacent to the well appointed kitchen, or the seating area on the wide stone deck area overlooking the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea, The views are unbelievable, overlooking the Il Gallo Lungo islands ( Sirenum scopuli, the islands of the Sirens from Greek mythology, where the Sirens lived, three sea nymphs who lured sailors to their death with a bewitching song, enticing them to sail into the island's rocks), and to the west, the end of the Sorento peninsula. Sunsets are breathtaking, as are the dawns! 

The pool is perfect, with a comfortable private pool area for sunbathing. There are nice shaded sitting areas as well. The gardens and flowers were beautiful. 

 This villa is a great homebase to tour Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Sorento. Carmine, our wonderful and helpful property manager, arranged a great boat trip to Capri, and on another day a van to drive us along the Amalfi coast. Carmine also arranged trasportation to two great local restaurants. We had three rental cars, but didn't feel secure driving after dark up into the hills on very narrow roads, Carmine's restaurant transportation was ideal. 

From our initial email inquiries about renting this villa, the owner was responded quickly and thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental! The only bad part of this villa is having to leave!

Everything you need is within few minutes drive; Sorrento, Sant'Agata sui due Golfi and Nerano Bay, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Positano and Amalfi Coast. Restaurants, bakery and groceries right nearby (less then 10 mins drive).The owners were welcoming, enthusiastic and very helpful, not to mention scrupulously honest.

The villa is spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom and fantastic stove. We did not cook...but it was a great stove. We slept well as the location for walks and seeing things was great fun. We would rent the villa again in a minute. The landlord is amazingly helpful in every was imaginable ...from fixing the internet connection to bringing us Italian coffee to enjoy. It does not get better than that!

I stayed at this villa during a research trip to Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. I was traveling with my family and appreciated having a safe, secure villa in a good area. I particular liked the location (within a 15-20 mins drive of the Sorrento and Nerano Bay), the Internet was fast, and the nearness of restaurants, bakeries, and small shops. Luca the owner was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, and the rooms spotlessly clean.
I would stay again in a heartbeat. It is the perfect villa for a family holiday or a couple.
