The villa is a bright and luxurious two-storey villa built into the cliff which offers splendid views of the sea and of Positano. It is 150 metres squared and sleeps up to eight people. It boasts a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, two spacious private terraces with sea views, WIFI internet access, air conditioning (please read the description to check which rooms this applies to) and winter heating. 
The property is located approximately 1 km (0.6 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transport, the beach and the tourist port. The nearest restaurant is a few metres away, the stop for the SITA bus for the Amalfi to Sorrento route is 150 metres away (490 feet) and the closest beach is directly below you (accessed via a lift).
The villa is accessed via a lift from the parking area. As you leave the lift, there is a short private pathway with approximately 15 steps to get to the villa. The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant, bright and welcoming. There are three sofas, a dining table that can accommodate up to eight guests, a flat-screen satellite television, a mini-fridge and an air conditioning/heating unit. The French doors from the living room provide access to the terrace with a view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. Accessible from the living room is a bathroom. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.The kitchen is well equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests, a large satellite television, a window with a sea view and an air-conditioning/heating unit. From the kitchen, a French door gives you access onto the first terrace.
The first bedroom is accessible from the corridor. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), a leather sofa and a large flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you can access the first terrace, through a French door, to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. On the first floor, are the other three ensuite bedrooms and a fourth terrace which is 40 metres squared (430 square feet).
The terrace is accessible from these three bedrooms. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the terrace, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

A French door gives you access to the fourth terrace where you can enjoy your favourite drink whilst soaking up the stunning scenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
The fourth ensuite bedroom is accessible from the corridor. The room has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a large flat-screen satellite television. French doors again provide access onto the fourth terrace where you can enjoy breath-taking views of the sea and Positano’s beaches. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
When you step onto the villa's terraces, you will delight in the stunning views stretched out before you. To your right, on the horizon, you can see “Li Galli" islands, and, to the left, the magnificent scenery of the Amalfi coastline. Looking below, you will see the nearby sea which shimmers from green to blue as the water deepens, and the many cheerfully-coloured boats that dot the water. The sunset and the evening that follows will offer more magical moments. Dine 'al fresco' and enjoy the sunset and the reflection of the moon on the sea surrounded by the lights of the coastline. On every level, you can enjoy stunning scenery including red Bougainvillea climbing up the stone walls from terracotta vases and lush green pine trees.
The swimming pool is 3 metres (10 feet) wide, 8 metres (26 feet) long and between 1 metre (3.3 feet) and 1.8 metres (6 feet) deep. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.

The second terrace is 50 metres squared (540 square feet) and is accessible from the first terrace by going down eight steps. The terrace is equipped with long stone benches, as well as with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The third terrace is on the roof level. It is 140 metres squared (1500 square feet) and it is partly shaded by elegant pine trees and by a perfumed pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace, you will enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the Amalfi Coastline.
The villa is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The complex is made up of holiday villas which extends across a few acres of coastline, and is situated at one of the most panoramic and strikingly beautiful points of the coast. As the properties are built into the cliff terraces, they are located at varying heights so may be slightly overlooked by other holiday homes. Each villa is completely independent of the others and hidden in the greenery and access to the entire area is reserved for villa guests only. The complex has various communal services available, in particular, a lift that will take you from the coastal road to just a few metres from the villa. The lift will also transport you to the beautiful, private beach. The beach is partly gravel and partly rocky and is shared with the other guests of the complex only. There will be an area which is reserved exclusively for you. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and deck chairs. These facilities are available from the beginning of May until mid-October. Due to its excellent location, you will not need a car to stay at at the property. However, if you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, in a private parking space (extra charges apply).
