The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)&nbsp;if required while the dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. Neil's place ticks the right boxes. How I would judge Neil's place is like how I would judge a restaurant I've visited - would I ever return? For Neil's clean and quiet apartment which isn't too far from the city centre, I would definitely return in the future.

We spent some very pleasant days in this flat, very clean, no noise, Neil, he has been there for whatever we might need, easy parking on the street, the flat offers all amenities such as a washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. We would have liked to stay longer, but without a doubt this place would be our number one to book again. Highly recommended!


Really great short stay at Neils flat. Exceptionally clean and very easy to find. Nei was very helpful and accomodating and quickly responded to any messages. His flat has everything we needed for our stay plus extra touches that made us feel welcome. We stayed as a family of r with 2 young children and the flat was safe for them and we all had a comfortable nights sleep. Neils flat is only 13 minutes drive from a really great beach, hundreds of takeaways that deliver near by and a shop at the end of the street. It's a great location and a really lovely flat.
