from home', perfect for families or couples. 
This Villa is just a 5-minute walk from the lovely Pernera and
TETYK beaches. 
Both bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and
large cupboards.
Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area, a comfy lounge and guest WC. The patio doors lead out to the good-sized
pool. 
Pernera is a quiet, family resort and enjoys blue flag beaches,
friendly restaurants and bars. 
Please Note, an electricity allowance applies to all Villas.

Villa Sunrise Pernera 2 Bedrooms

Stayed in the villa for a month with a baby and husband. Thank you very much for your hospitality, everything was perfect! Everything is provided for children, there is a children's corner, a high chair for feeding the baby, children's partitions. Special and thank you very much, Rosie! She helped us out many times) The location to the sea is perfect! By wheelchair to the sea, 10-15 minutes.

Our 5* Kalimera Holiday!

Immediate impression was great, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The location was excellent close to restaurants and bars and the beaches were only a short walk away. Rosie met us the next day with a welcome pack and was very knowledgeable with information about the area, things to do etc. She was always on hand should we need her. The big supermarket's are a short drive, but you can get any essentials from the smaller mini marts dotted around. Would recommend a boat trip, there are many to choose from, and also a trip to Famagusta and Varosha. I have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone wishing to stay in Pernera. Rosie if you are reading this you were excellent thankyou.

Great place to stay with the kids. Was big enough for our family and pool was very nice for all. Host provided toys and many things for kids to enjoy themselves Would definitely stay again Thank you

Lovely Villa for Kids!

We had an amazing stay at KaliMera villas and the villa was exactly like the pictures. Rosie, the manager, was an absolute delight and extremely helpful. She put age appropriate toys in the villa for our infant boy. The pool was lovely and clean and someone came twice a week to check the pool and clean it. The location is good, the boardwalk is about 5 minutes away - with a scattering of different beaches and restaurants.

Amazing Kalimera Stay!

All recommendations for this house. we enjoyed it, and our one-and-a-half-year-old son even more. Everything is as in the pictures. Rosie and Nicholas are always available and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely come back to this or another KaliMera house! Thank you.
