The property can not take under 30's as groups and families are preferred.

Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.

Guests have access to the whole 5 bedroom house, back garden, rumpus room, two lounges, pool and pool deck.

The Kingsley is in a quiet residential area in the old part of Byron Bay. It's a short walk to the main beach and town centre. The famous Top Shop cafe is only 50 meters away.

BYRON BAY BLACK - The Kingsley

The house comfortably accommodated all of my friends and made our time there really enjoyable. The rooms were great and the facilities were top-notch. Each bedroom having its own bathroom/ensuite was something I hadn’t experienced before, and it made such a difference for a group stay.
The house itself was very spacious, so everyone could move around comfortably and enjoy the space without feeling crowded. Claudine, the hostess, was incredibly accommodating before, during, and after our stay, I can’t thank her enough.
I would highly recommend booking through her, and I’ll definitely be staying at the Kingsley again the next time we’re in Byron, as will my friends.
