Premier Apartment Milano è un piccolo appartamento di circa 45 mq, molto luminoso ed elegante, tranquillo e confortevole e dotato di aria condizionata. L'appartamento vi accoglie in un soggiorno con divano letto e una zona relax per ascoltare musica, leggere un libro o guardare la TV. E' a vostra disposizione una cucina ben attrezzata, non solo con i principali elettrodomestici quali lavastoviglie, lavasciuga e forno, ma anche macchina del caffè, forno a microonde, bollitore e tostapane. Lo spazio è stato ottimizzato per rendere il più possibile confortevole la vostra permanenza. Nel disimpegno che separa la zona giorno dalla zona privata, troverete spazio per le vostre scarpe, una piccola scala, appendiabiti e accessori quali ombrello, lucidascarpe e stracci per la pulizia delle vostre valigie. Sono, inoltre, offerti altri servizi che potrete utilizzare secondo necessità, come ferro e asse da stiro, kit cucito, presa elettrica internazionale e cassetta pronto soccorso. A disposizione anche un "book sharing": potrete leggere un libro e se di vostro gradimento, approfittarne per tenerlo con voi a patto di lasciarne un altro. Dal disimpegno si accede sia al bagno che alla stanza da letto. Premier Apartment vi fornirà la biancheria da bagno, carta igienica e un set cortesia; troverete un asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Il bagno è dotato di bidet e doccia singola. Nell'ampia e luminosa camera da letto troverete un letto matrimoniale, armadio e cassettiera e un piccolo spazio con scrittoio. Nell'armadio è a disposizione una piccola cassaforte. Come anche nella zona living, anche qui il pavimento a parquet dona calore ed eleganza.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Consuelo has gone out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible for her guests. 
There are the little things like a nice coffee machine with pods, ice in the freezer, shaving kit in the toilet, fruits, milk and spices. 
Then there are these touches that will absolutely melt your heart like a home-baked chocolate cake upon arrival, coloring books for the kids, board games and a great collection of books. I kept finding surprises until my very last day.. like who would have thought there was even a sewing kit and a first aid kit! I don’t think even my own place is so well-equipped.









Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan!  The location isn’t the most central, but metro is a short 10min walk away and you can get to most places easily from there.

Perfect stay, amazing host!

The apartment is really spacious, neat and clean. It is equipped with everything needed for a good stay and even beyond. We were really happy with the coffee, fruits and breakfast snacks. 
The host regularly checked in on us via Booking to make sure everything was alright. The air-conditioning was a life-saver. 
The apartment is near Metro Line 1 (less than 10 minutes walk) and is less than a 30-minute walk away from the Central Station so the location is pretty good.







The apartment was clean and well taken care of! Consuelo was very friendly, and it is clear that he cares about making your stay a wonderful experience. He has left so many thoughtful touches around the apartment for guests (fresh fruit, snacks, seeing kit, umbrella, extra travel power adapter, travel guides, etc). He even had some bottles of wine available we could pay for, which were very reasonably priced. 
The check-in process was done remotely and was very simple. 
The neighbourhood was definitely not a tourist destination, but it was still very easy to access the subway to get around.








Very nice and cosy appartement, nicely furnished. 
The owner was super helpful, we met exactly on time. We rented a car box which was a good idea in this area with limited parking options. The street was a bit noisy at night but this could be expected in the town center. 7 min walk to the metro which takes you directly to Duomo. 
We definitelly recommend this accomodation.
