Eva - Panoramic Penthouse

Eva is a truly special place to stay. Every morning started with a swim in the crystal-clear water just
steps away. We always struggle to find pet-friendly places by the sea, so this was a real find. The
elevated position gives you incredible views in every direction. We left feeling completely refreshed
and already planning our next visit

Panoramic paradise

What a lovely experience staying at Eva! The beach was literally at our doorstep, which made the
whole holiday feel effortless. The fact that pets are welcome made all the difference for us — our dog
was so happy here. Watching the light change over the panoramic landscape was our favourite
pastime. Air conditioning, fast WiFi and a comfortable bed — all the essentials were covered
perfectly

A wonderful stay in Saranda

We couldn't have picked a better apartment than Eva. We loved stepping out of the building and
feeling the sand beneath our feet immediately. Our puppy had the time of his life on the sand, and so
did we. The view stretching from the bay of Saranda all the way to Lake Butrint was breathtaking. The
host made check-in smooth and provided great local tips for restaurants and beaches.

Our favorite holiday apartment

Eva was exactly what we needed for our holiday. The proximity to the sea was magical, especially
watching the sunset from our balcony. Having a pet-friendly beachfront apartment made this the
perfect holiday for our whole family, dog included. We spent hours on the balcony taking in the
panoramic vista — it was mesmerizing. We would definitely return and have already recommended it
to our friends

Our stay at Eva exceeded all expectations. Being right on the beach meant we spent every day
swimming and soaking up the sun. It was wonderful to find a place where our furry companion was
truly welcome. The sweeping views over Saranda and the surrounding coastline were unforgettable.
