I reserved this specific house for my son and his family of 3 kids that flew from Arizona. If you have children and looking for a house to stay, this place is for you.!The house is super clean, very neat and organized. There are a lot of toys for children of different ages. It also has a security system in and out. The deck comes with top of the line grill. They returned to Arizona very happy with good memories from this place.

A lot of toys for children of different ages.

One of the best homes we've ever stayed in! Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, kitchenware, paper towels, trashbags, etc. we stayed for 2 weeks and didn't have to repurchase anything. Plenty of toys for our little one. The trails near the home are so beautiful and easy to walk.
Very appreciative that bed sizes were full, queen, and kings. No twin sizes! Laundry was wonderful. Easy access to the freeway.
Neighborhood was safe and clean. Home was comfortable and felt like an actual home. No complaints.

We chose this to be the place while we were in NYC for our wedding and Shazim's place was awesome. He was super friendly and accommodating with our dog and have friends/family over to be apart of our important day. The place had everything you can think of and a huge backyard for our dog. Would definitely recommend staying here for a long stay it made it feel like home!!!

We were in town, from Delaware, for my MIL's celebration of life and burial (102 after a long and blessed life). Our usual place was not available at such short notice, so l was a tad concerned about contracting with a new Airbnb. I shouldn't have been. Shazim's home was beyond perfect for us and our dog. I can't say enough positive things about his home, but for starters, it's super clean, private, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay when we were highly stressed. He was the perfect host, even asking us ahead of time what temperature we'd like to have the house at when we arrived. If you have children, rest assured his home is totally child-proofed and stock full of toys and books. Please respect his request to take off your shoes at entry, and if you have dogs, please, please, please, respect the cleanliness of his home and do not allow them couch or bed privileges.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It's family oriented and everything is presented very well. The location is excellent within a safe spacious neighborhood. The home is large and cozy. Thank you for having us.
