Villa Shera-II is a great place in the Lalzi Bay area in the Lura1 resort, within lot of green at 100m from the beach. Children friendly with a small garden and BBQ. Ideal for family vacation and remote working. The villa can host up to 2 families with 3 double beds and 2 single couches which are designed to become two comfortable beds. In addition more sofas are available in the living room in case there is an extra gest. It provide free parking place for more cars. Very close to multiple restaurants, mini-markets, Spa, Gym, swimming-pool, playground and to the beach. BBQ
The villa is build on 2 floors. In the first floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has access on a big balcony. The ground floor has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, dinning area and a separated kitchen. 
Outdoor furnished terrace is available and sides to a small garden.
Guest can access all the villa, in all areas which are not locked and which they do not have keys. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terraces and garden are all accessible.

The villa is in a very green area and within the LURA 1 Resort. Within 300m multiple restaurants, bar/caffe can be found together with playing fields such as basket, football, tennis, and playgrounds for children. A swimming-pool, gym, and more mini-marktes. In addition there is also a fresh fruits and vegetable market from local producers. Within 10 km it is possible to reach Lakes, River a wonderful vineyard, some cultural monuments and the Rodoni Cape.
Parking in the villa is easy. At the arrival you can park along the perimeter of the villa itself. The Fence is wide and allows parking for more vehicles. Getting around is easy by foot or with scooter or bikes. A long promenade is very nice for the morning and evening walks.

The house in reality is even better than in the photo! Excellent location, among other villas, very close to the sea.Large, spacious house (there were 6 of us). Internet works great. The beach is not busy (early September). Protected area.

Place is very comfortable, lots of restaurants, pedestrian areas , free beaches and establishments. Sand and clean sea.The house is great, clean and fresh. With a nice patio to spend evenings on. The only downside is that the area is in the middle of nowhere. Great for a relaxing vacation,which was the one we needed.Thank you Elvis.
