The apartment
A just-refurbished studio on the 2nd floor of the Skol A block — beachfront, bright and contemporary, with the kind of finish you settle into for a real week or more. Queen-size bed in the studio space, single sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 3. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge — properly set up for cooking, not just heating things up. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large east-facing terrace with both an al fresco dining area and a lounge area — built for slow breakfasts, working with the sea in front of you, or sundowners after a beach day.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.
The location
Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.
Step out and you're on <a href="https://skolapartmentsmarbella.com/en/beaches">Fontanilla beach</a>. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed — and the dog can do the promenade with you.

My stay in the Skol Apartment in Marbella

We had a perfect vacation of 2 weeks in this wonderful and only recently fully renovated apartment! It even still smelled like paint. We were impressed with the enormous amount of storage space and the perfect fit of all the furnishings. Very high quality, clever and tasteful design makes the most of the space available - very unusual for a vacation apartment in. The wonderfully furnished apartment saved us quite a bit of money on dinner - we've never had dinner so often in a vacation rental instead of going out. The kitchen and the balcony with a (side) sea view did the trick for us. The Skol building provides 2 wonderful pools and is located in the center of the action right on the beach - not brand new but perfectly maintained, we will be back for sure! Thank you Skol!

Stunning, brand new apartment!

Nosotros estuvimos tres personas en la habitación y la verdad es que estuvimos muy cómodos. La habitación estaba muy cerca Del Mar y además tenía unas instalaciones súper buenas (piscinas, seguridad, etc…). En cuanto a la habitación, una habitación muy acogedora. Estoy seguro que repetiremos!!!
