The apartment
A just-refurbished studio on the 5th floor of the Skol A block — east-facing, light and calm, set up for a proper week or longer.
Double bed in the studio space and a single sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 3. One bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher (rare in a Skol studio), coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi.
The east-facing terrace catches the morning sun and looks out over three things: the sea, the Paseo Marítimo promenade, and the park. Built for slow breakfasts, sea-view coffee, and an office with the right kind of view.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.
The location
Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.
Step out and you're on <a href="https://skolapartmentsmarbella.com/en/beaches">Fontanilla beach</a>. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
