The apartment
A 1-bedroom on the 3rd floor of the Skol C block — beachfront, bright, with sun loungers on the terrace and sea views from the lounge. Two single beds in the bedroom that push together to make a super-king, and a double sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 4. One bathroom with a bath, not just a walk-in shower — rare in the building's 1-beds.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large east-facing terrace with morning sun — built for slow breakfasts, sea-view coffee, and the kind of afternoons where you don't move much.
Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day (in the garden — the terrace ones are yours).

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Todo muy bien. La única pega es la puerta de la habitación que da al apartamento de al lado, No está aislada y se oye todo. 
Como sugerencia: poner colgadores para toallas en el cuarto de baño  y más sitio para organizar la ropa y las maletas ya que con más de dos personas en el apartamento se hace difícil no tener "chismes" por medio.
