“That’s Amuri” – the Heart of Palermo

This is a really great place to stay in Palermo right in the heart of the old town. Our hosts made everything extra special with many thoughtful extra details that were not expected. They were really flexible when our flight was delayed and resulted in a check-in after midnight. The apartment itself had everything we needed, and is pristine, bright and airy.

A great place

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Ale made us feel less like guests and more like friends. I have stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this has truly been one of the most memorable experiences.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location for exploring Palermo. But what makes this place exceptional is not just the apartment—it’s the people behind it.

Ale has a rare gift for hospitality. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care for his guests can be felt in every interaction. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was going well, or simply taking the time to have meaningful conversations, you always felt that he truly wanted you to have the best possible experience in Palermo. This level of care cannot be taught—it comes from the heart.

We were also deeply touched by how warmly he welcomed my parents. His respect, thoughtfulness, and sincerity left a lasting impression on all of us. By the end of our stay, it genuinely felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend rather than to a host.

If you are looking for a place where you will not only have a wonderful apartment but also meet someone who truly cares about the people who stay there, this is it. I recommend this Airbnb wholeheartedly and without the slightest hesitation. It is one of those rare places that makes a trip unforgettable, and I already hope to return one day.

Thank you, Ale, for making Palermo feel like home.

That’s Amuri in the heart of Palermo

Znajdziecie tu stragany ze świeżymi owocami morza, knajpeczki z lokalnymi przysmakami, a wieczorem regularne restauracje i niesamowity bar, w którym odnajdziecie radość życia. Tutaj nie da się nudzić. Lokalizacja pozwala w kilka minut dostać się do najważniejszych miejsc i zabytków. Z pewnością tu wrócimy i mam nadzieję, że całkiem niedługo. Alessandro, dziękujemy za gościnę.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It feels welcoming and has a great atmosphere.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the communication with the host. The owner was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful from the moment of booking until our departure. We received excellent recommendations and support whenever needed.

Palermo is a fascinating city full of history, culture, amazing food, and warm people, and staying in this apartment was the perfect way to experience it.

Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!
