Very clean, great amenities, superbly equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill! Every day, morning and evening, at least 8 kangaroos visit.

Beautifully Appointed with Excellent Communication

We had a fabulous stay at The Dunes in early January. It is a very modern and tastefully decorated Villa, flooded with light. Communication with the owner was very clear and straightforward. There is a well appointed kitchen and ample living space for a family or two couples. A short walk through the dunes (Yes, it is aptly named :) takes you to a delightful beach and we were visited each day by a herd of kangaroos, who came to feed on the lawn. It was a great base for exploring the island, being a relatively short drive from both Penneshaw and Kingscote.

We loved our stay at The Dunes. It’s perfectly located just a short drive from the ferry, sheltered from strong winds, and within two hours of all the main attractions. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and well equipped.
