Historic 1st story apartment; 2 private bedrooms, plus&nbsp;a&nbsp;bonus library/bedroom w/ sofa bed and trundle bed; 1 King bedroom; 1 Bedroom w 2 twin beds that can be combined to a make 1 King bed. AC installed in bedrooms only, doors must remained closed when in use.&nbsp; 
1 bathroom (shower, no tub), sleeps 5 people max.&nbsp;
A gorgeous space to host a small dinner party, brunch, bridal party, or celebration! Kick back&nbsp;with family & friends in a spacious living room with a 65 inch tv, dining room with seating for 8-11 guests, soaring ceilings with original hardwood floors and character throughout,&nbsp;well-equipped kitchen.&nbsp;
Enjoy your morning coffee on&nbsp;the&nbsp;large private balcony and relax in the evenings&nbsp;with a glass a wine overlooking the lake and&nbsp;city lights.&nbsp; 
Walking distance of HWS campus, boat house,&nbsp;downtown Geneva restaurants, coffee shop, Geneva History Museum (3 houses away),&nbsp;and Seneca Lake Park.&nbsp;
*Please note the bedrooms are on the side of the house, closest to the street, there is noise from the traffic throughout the night. There is a box fan available to use.&nbsp; This is a multi unit property on college campus, it not a single family home experience, it is more of a small city hotel experience.

The Wheat House on Main (1ST Story Unit)

Our stay at the Wheat House was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were amazing, we had a few last minute challenges before arriving and they were extremely understanding and flexible. The property was located at the edge of campus and a short walk to town. The historical house was beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. We especially enjoyed the large porch with a water view.  Our experience was five stars!
