1 bathroom,&nbsp;small kitchen (not updated)&nbsp;with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishware&nbsp;&nbsp;(stove not available for use),&nbsp;sleeps 4-5 comfortable,.&nbsp;&nbsp;
*This unit 4 is comparable to&nbsp;a hotel suite. If you are looking for a large dining area, large kitchen, and private patio, downstairs UNIT 1 would be more ideal.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;Access to basement with washer/dryer machine, coin operated. 
Walking distance of HWS campus, boat house, downtown Geneva restaurants, coffee shop, Geneva History Museum (3 houses away), and Seneca Lake Park. 
*Please note the twin&nbsp;bedroom is on the side of the house, closest to the street, there is noise from the traffic throughout the night. There is a box fan and sound machine available to use.&nbsp;This is a multi unit property on college campus, it not a single family home experience, it is more of a small city hotel like experience.&nbsp;

The wheat house was clean and the host had great communication. They are even going above and beyond and shipping a bag that I left. the area also felt very safe, and pictures were a very accurate representation
