The spacious 240 m2 house is completely surrounded by beautiful hedges and lawned gardens, and is built over two floors. A gated entrance leads to the front door and pleasant hall, of which are two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk in shower, bidet, toilet and double sink. At the end of the hall is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with a sitting area and access to the veggie garden. The living room is a fantastic space not only of generous proportions but with two defined areas full of natural light, overlooking different aspect of the garden and pool. The dining area opens up to an appealing covered terrace with BBQ-perfect for outdoor dining. The lounge area has an open fireplace, offering all year round comfort, complete with tasteful furniture and decoration. Next to the lounge area is a third spacious bedroom, full of light and direct access to the garden and pool.
 Stairs let up to a little study type sitting area, with a big desk for office work and a sitting area, where you can relax reading a book or watch the most beautiful sunset from the little terrace.On the upper floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with bathroom en suite, TV and A/C. It has a cute little balcony with breathtaking views towards Palma, the sea and mountains.
There is a wireless/bluetooth SONOS music system and 2 Smart TVs (Netflix) for your entertainment and chess board, books and various table games.
Just 5 minutes by car (5.4km) you will find the best Golf Course Mallorca has to offer, Golf Son Gual. A 18 hole, spaciously-designed course, well known for its international tournaments and golf academy. We recommend the terrace restaurant with the spectacular view across the golf course and down in The Valley of the thousand windmills. You can enjoy very tasty Mediterranean dishes.
Son Gual is also a great base for amateur and professional bicyclists. A few meters from the house starts a bicycle friendly route to Palma and the rest of the island. 
The nearest beach is Playa de Palma ( 12 km/11 min car) where you can also visit Palma Aquarium. The new shopping center FAN is 13.4km/ 11 min) away. Here you can spent a whole day shopping, enjoying the movie theatre or one of the many restaurants.
The closest gas station with a small supermarket for any “emergency”, is just 5 minutes away by car in direction Algaida. Opening hours 6am to 10pm every day.
The closest bar/restaurant is just 2 minutes drive or 10 min walkaway. It is a bikers bar and has very tasty home made hamburgers.
We recommend to rent a car to get around. There is a lot of free parking space at the house. Easy and quick access to the freeway and great connection to explore the whole island. The capital Palma is only 15 minutes drive away. ( Downtown 18 km) The lively city is full of restaurants, bars, great shops and sights, like the famous cathedral of Palma.

VILLA KENTIA MALLORCA, Charming and stylish country house

Excellent accommodation.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of several villas. A large garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the second floor. There are two bathrooms. Air conditioning on the first and second floor. Everything matches the description, and even better. The hostess Anette is exceptionally pleasant, and the house is very cozy, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We suffered a storm , nothing leaked . Everything is done reliably! Even mosquito fumigators are provided!  Anette thank you- we will be back in a year!

Beautiful, clean and spacious villa with everything you could possibly need and more! We stayed as two families (6 people inc 2 teenagers) and it was absolutely perfect. The pool and surrounding areas with beds, hammocks etc gave more than enough space for everyone to relax. The villa was spotless and the kitchen fully stocked. We’d highly recommend for anyone!!

Villa Kentia is a great vacation home. It is spacious and best equipped. It is located in a quiet area and the garden is huge. The house was extra clean and we loved every second of our stay!
