Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a 30m² private pool, pool view and a patio, Luxury Villa Sheley with private heated pool is set in Kaštel Gomilica, near city of Split. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is located 800 meters from Kamp Kaštel Gomilica Beach and 13 km from Split. The villa is fitted with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in each bedroom and living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with partial sea view. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area near the swimming pool. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance, fenced garden and patio. The host were very helpful from the start, booked transfers and gave us recommendations. The house was very nice, well-kept. Nice pool, equipped kitchen and very nice rooms.

Exceptional stay

The villa was beautiful, quiet and close to the Split city. We were in the city center of Split in 15 minutes. Mall of Split shopping center nearby. Everything is simply great. The host is very helpful.

Loved this quiet neighborhood, with its own little beach, two bars, marina, bakery. Pool and living areas were in good condition and we enjoyed pool a lot during 30+ degrees weather. Mario (host) was very helpful, generous and friendly

Amazing stay

Amazing accommodation and personable experience! The villa is modern and perfectly maintained, with four bedrooms each featuring its own private bathroom. Everything is super clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area is stunning, a lovely garden and a huge 30 m² swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Location is fantastic, excellent restaurants in Kaštela, and both Split and Trogir are very close by. You can easily take an Uber to Split (around €15) or take the train just 100 meters from the villa for only €2 per person and it drops you right in the center of Split. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back.
