This beautiful, two-bedroom, apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants.  Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away.  Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.  Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, two double bedrooms with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The dining table also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. Please note, the washing machine is in the kitchen recess so you will need to crouch down to access it. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.  Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but I am always available to contact if required. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above.  Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise in the apartment and entrance hallway must be kept to an acceptable level at all times.

Neil's flat was a lovely, warm, comfortable base from which to enjoy the beautiful city of Dundee. it is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and museums, and it was great to go back to the flat to relax in the evening. We would love to come back again in the future.

Great space for staff working on a project to be able to get some space to themselves at the end of the day - a good 'home-away-from-home'. Good location for accessing the city centre / supermarket close by / transport links if required. Great communication throughout - really appreciate Neil and Lucy reaching out at key points during the stay. Particularly generous communications / super accommodating during the global Covid-19 crisis. Really straight forward check in. All in all, a great spot! Thank you.
