This bright, spacious apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to re-lax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)&nbsp;if required while the dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a bright outlook and great view from the windows at both the front and rear of the property, which you can see in the photos! Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but I am always available to contact if required. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above. There is a well-lit stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a com-fortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this flat is on the third floor. There is a Double bed and large fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom. Also, have a great time in Dundee!

☆Bright, Spacious West-End Flat, Near University☆

The flat was immaculate and the thoughtful touches of complimentary teacakes, irn bru and milk really made the place feel so much more inviting and homely. The flat was so much better than I'd expected, super clean and very stylish and everything you could ever need for a stay from days to weeks was provided which was a huge help. Neil was the most attentive and helpful host I've ever come across so I would highly recommend.

Bright, Spacious West-End Flat, Near University

We had a lovely time staying in Lucy and Neil’s flat, the place was spotless clean, stylish and cosy, and really felt like home for the two days we stayed in Dundee during our road trip through Scotland. Free on street parking and walking distance to many parks as well as city centre, we found the location perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Dundee or visiting the area, and when we come back we are definitely booking it again! Thanks Lucy and Neil!

This was a great base for exploring the lovely city of Dundee and the surrounding area by car. It is about 15-minute walk into the centre, which we were very happy with, and the food and drinks options of Perth Road are slightly closer. Neil was very communicative throughout, and there were some nice welcoming touches when we got there, as well as tea, coffee and sugar. In terms of the flat itself, it is good value for money when compared with the other options we found.
