The Ocean View Retreat / Luxury Near the Beach!

This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in and I've been using Airbnb for a long time, both as a renter and as a host. I thought I had seen it all, until I stayed at Deborah's place with my family for Thanksgiving.

First things first, the hospitality felt like a 5-star hotel. The communication was fast and friendly. Deborah went the extra mile in so many ways to make our stay special. She found out we were celebrating my dad's birthday and left us a special cake, personalized messages, and birthday gifts. She accommodated early check-in AND late check-out. Above and beyond don't begin to describe.

The house itself is spacious, beautiful, and perfectly located. I kid you not, whatever you think you might need, the house is fully stocked with it. Cooking large meals, relaxing with family, and exploring Bethany Beach were all a breeze. 

If you are considering staying here, just do it. Don't think about it. You're in safe hands with Deborah!

It was a great vacation for our family. The amenities were impeccable and Deborah was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stunning with exquisite style and impeccable comfort. Every detail from the chic decor to the plush furnishings was thoughtfully curated to enhance our experience. We loved the fact that they had the house equipped with snacks, food and drinks upon our arrival. (Huge stress reliever after a day travel). The well maintained (essentially new) bikes were a HUGE plus! They were perfect for our ride to the beach/ boardwalk which was slightly longer than expected but an easy way to get to the beach/ boardwalk. Our host was very helpful and accessible when we had questions. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place at Bethany Beach. We can’t wait to return!

From the minute you walk in the door you will feel right at home. Beautifully decorated yet still family friendly! Lots of room for everyone (we were a party of 6 adults and 2 teens) to relax and/or hang out both inside and out. The kitchen is fully loaded with lots of gadgets and goodies which makes meal preparations a breeze. There is also a very nice community pool available to use that is just a short bike ride away. This is the perfect house to just unpack and enjoy!

This house is beautiful and in new condition. Large with plenty of room for 10 people and exceptionally well-appointed and equipped. It would be very hard to find an equivalent listing that was even better than described. There are two large living areas with plenty of space. The welcome package was a very nice touch but the 50th anniversary cake just a great surprise. This home is worth every penny!
