The apartment belongs to Tenuta Larnianone, a family run wine estate of 340 acres, that counts 8 different Villas and Apartments surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, at 6 km from Siena. The Estate is completely immersed in the countryside (you need a car to get to the grocery!) but is only 13 minutes to the closest supermarket and about 20 to Siena's city center.
What to expect:
Ca' Nova Sud apartment can welcome a maximum of 8 people and 2 kids under 12. A large green lawn with a well opens to your view after a wisteria arbor and then you arrive at Ca' Nova Sud, an apartment placed under the owner's apartment, with an independent parking lot, entrance and garden. It is a few meters distant from the swimming pool shared with some other villas of the Estate, in which every unit has its own sunbeds and umbrella. The apartment has a large garden in the front of the entrance, surrounded by centuries-old shady pine trees, which allow guests to stay outdoors even during the hottest hours. It's a place that invites you to enjoy time outdoor, reading or eating under the pine tree, or even just relaxing with the sound of nature. In the morning, if you get up and open the shutters you can see the squirrels running on the trunk of the pine and probably some deers near the forest. The interiors are particularly cool and rustic, with cozy rooms. In spring and autumn there is a triumph of colors and perfumes.
