The Little Barn, French inspired

The Little Barn is a a delightful place to stay beautifully decorated and appointed with gorgeous linen bedding. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom itself was very cosy with the warmth from the wood heater.
We did find the kitchen a trifle small but we coped.
We highly recommend The Little Barn and Kim as host.

A Charming Midweek Stay

Kim's place was perfect for a weekend in Maldon. There were numerous heating options to keep the cottage cozy. Kim had the open fire on, ready for our arrival and personally greeted us. The cottage was well set out with everything you would need and more! All bedding and towels were lovely quality. Highly recommend

Thank you

You have to visit! The updated bathroom is fabulous and the bed just heavenly! What divine linens! Perfectly located - a stroll to the main street and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Elegant and spacious living, care and consideration taken with all the details. Kitchen is small, but fun. Although there is no stove, the available appliances are enough. Outdoor seating and garden allow you to soak up the serene atmosphere. Definitely a wonderfully rejuvenating, romantic and cozy escape. Thank you to our beautiful hostess who spoiled us with delicious treats on our arrival. We loved it.

A Romantic Getaway

I really loved this place! It's full of character, thanks to the owner's keen eye for detail and design. The abundance of blue and white china pieces means there is always something lovely to look at.
The furnishings continue the theme.
The upstairs bedroom is lovely, but the severe pitch of the roof may be a hazard for people taller than myself!
All in all, a delight!

A friend and I stayed. The cottage is delightful. So much attention to detail. Kim the host was warm and friendly and accommodated us with much grace at very short notice. I would happily book this accommodation in future.
