Spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Villas la Playa. A quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, on the Colonia side of Puerto Morelos. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Located approximately 4.5 km from the beach, approximately 15 minutes by local bus. There is a private terrace with swimming pool as well as a parking spot. The apartment has all amenities, including basic electricity, Smart TV, water, gas and high-speed fiber internet. It also comes with a clothes washer and 2 bicycles.
The basic electricity allotment is 15 kWh per day. This allotment could be exceeded if you use the air conditioning continuously even when you are not in the apartment or if you use the clothes dryer every day. If you exceed this value, it will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 3 pesos per kWh.
Your full deposit will be refunded if there are no damages, missing items or if hydro amount does exceed the maximum described.

Très bel appartement confortable dans un beau quartier près de tout.

Bonjour, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à la Villa Armadillo. L’appartement est très comfortable et est situé dans un quartier calme. Il y a tout près un dépanneur et quelques restaurants. Nous avons apprécié la piscine située à l’arrière dans une cour tranquille. Il y a aussi des vélos à disposition. Nous avions notre propre voiture mais il est très facile d’utiliser les transports en commun. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit quartier près de la mer avec ces jolies boutiques et restaurants. La plage est belle et la mer super bonne. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!
