L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue calme au 1er étage, proche de tout. C'est un très bel endroit ancien rénové avec goût, c'est chaleureux et l'on s'y sent bien. Il y a tout le nécessaire et plus...Le propriétaire est très dispo et il y a des infos pratiques très complètes.

Charmante découverte !

L'emplacement était excellent. L'appartement disposait d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et était d'une propreté impeccable. La machine à laver a été très appréciée, tout comme l'eau chaude pour les douches. La cour extérieure était un atout et agrandissait l'espace de vie.Heureux de tout.
