This beautiful home provides all of the comforts your family and friends expect and goes much further: attractive flooring throughout; a beautifully appointed and inviting kitchen; comfortable beds and luxury bedding intended to give all of our guests a restful night's sleep. All of the spaces where you and your family gather together and all of those where you may enjoy quiet downtime in our spacious villa are professionally decorated and furnished-- your comfort and enjoyment being our sole focus.&nbsp;
 
Relax in our screened-in pool and spa area, which offers an amply-furnished, shady lanai perfect for lounging with your family and friends. The large BBQ Weber grill is perfect for cooking a great meal for small or large groups. With no rear neighbors, privacy bushes and newly installed privacy screens on the sides of the pool enclosure, the lanai is a private and perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day at the parks. Safety for our guests is very important. Our private pool area has a safety fence that can be kept in place at all times or removed.&nbsp;

Enjoy time with your family and friends playing pool or foosball in our air-conditioned, in-house game room. The three arcade machines and Playstation 4 with game chairs are sure to be a hit with the kids and adults alike in your group!&nbsp;
 
For those guests with babies/toddlers, our home is equipped with a crib, pack n plays, a high chair, a baby monitor, and children's plates, and utensils. 

Windsor Hills has great resort amenities! Large community pool, waterpark slides and splash zone, fitness room, clubhouse with arcade and movie theater, and more! All the amenities are included for our guests FREE of extra charge! 
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8 am - 10 pm every day selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams, and toiletries.
 
The home is also equipped with an ADT alarm system for extra peace of mind.

What a lovely house, in a great location - everywhere seemed to be only 15 minutes drive away. The pool was very welcoming at the end of the day at Disney and the kids loved the game room.

Lovely Home

Jennifer’s place was great!! Our group was two families, 4 adults and 3 kids total. The house was huge and had lots of space for everyone! Super clean, looks just like the photos. The house is stocked with everything you need for traveling with young children. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and super family-friendly. You can walk to the resort in 5 mins, which was a lot of fun. Jennifer was very friendly and always quick to respond. We had no issues and I would absolutely recommend this place to any large group or family looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay. This place checked a lot of boxes for me - heated pool with side privacy screens and no neighbors behind. 15min drive to and from the Disney parks. The cleaning crew is great. Host is responsive and kind. We checked in after a late night flight and arrived to a lit Christmas tree. Thank you! We would definitely book again.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Jennifer's place. The house was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures! We had a small issue with the pool filter but she worked hard to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Jennifer was in constant contact with us and kept us posted on repairs and made sure our stay was great. My kids are already asking when we can come back!!! Great place!!!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Jennifer was a great host, very proactive before our booking with communication about our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 young adults (18-21 year olds) with us, and they loved the pool and hot tub, the games room, and the many spaces both inside and outside to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The close location to Disney World was great for us, as well as the proximity to restaurants, Walmart, etc.
We had a great vacation, and would definitely stay here again in the future
