Just 2 blocks from downtown Frisco, this newly refreshed 3-bedroom condo is within 12 miles of 3 world-class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge & Keystone) and within 28 miles of two more (Vail, Arapahoe Basin). Best of all, 10-mile creek runs through the backyard of the condo making for an ultra-peaceful and relaxing location a short walk from great restaurants and a short drive (or bus) to tons of winter or summer activities.
The entire condo is decorated to create a beautiful, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.
The 10-mile creek runs right through the backyard of the condo, making for a picturesque scene in every season. Crack the window open and fall asleep to the natural sounds of the gently falling water.
Hiking trails are found throughout the area, providing trails of all levels of difficulty. The closest trailhead is just two blocks from the condo. Bike rental is a short walk into town, and biking trails are too many to name. Winters, of course, are chock-full of boarding, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
Summers are nearly perfect here, with activities like hiking, biking, water sports, wildlife viewing, river tubing, and ziplining.
I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kitchen, including coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, and wine glasses. The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets. The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals....I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are! Guests can enjoy the entire place.
We have a no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for our guests.
**IMPORTANT: We have a garage, but you CANNOT park a car in it. It will NOT fit a vehicle of any size. You may store skis, bikes, or gear in it, though.

A Creek Runs By It, Steps From Frisco Main St.

We spent a wonderful six weeks beating the Florida heat and loving the creek and all that Frisco Colorado has to offer. A fabulous location, easy walk to restaurants. We enjoyed biking, hiking and walking the beautiful trails. Jessica and Michaell’s home is totally comfortable and outfitted with all you might need. Our fondest memories are sipping a glass on wine sitting by the running creek and enjoying nature. The heated pool and two hot tubs were a huge plus. Loved having a garage to store our bikes, hiking gear and wine. Lots of room for our family to visit. We made beautiful memories and will be back. Thanks Jessica and Michaell for a great summer in the mountains.

Wonderful summer adventure

Beautiful setting! Beautiful accommodations!
Great location, very clean, and has all the comforts of home.

A Creek Runs By It

A friend and I stayed at a Creek Runs by it for a month. It lives up to every picture and and description. The Creek really takes your breath away. Each of our guests felt the same way. There is a lovely picnic table in the yard and a gas grill.
The condo is very clean. The pictures warm and inviting and they reflect the beauty of the area. It is located a short walk from the charming Downtown Frisco.
When we had questions, the owner was very responsive. There is a caretaker on the property and he was very helpful.
We really picked a winner this time!

A Creek Runs by it Frisco CO

My stay here was great. It was very well maintained and had more than enough space. Super close to Main Street and a other few major resorts. It was my first time coming to Colorado and I’m very happy I picked this place... if I wanted to see a mountain all I had to do was look in the back yard. Can I also mention the owners provided me with some great service too. I will definitely book again, hopefully next year!!
