Villa Kia Orana St John, USVI

We have stayed in many villas over the years in St. John and Villa Kia Orana was by far the best yet! We loved all the details in the kitchens, bathrooms and the special welcome amenity left by the management. The bedrooms are all great and have beautiful spa-like bathrooms. We put all 4 kids in one of the bedrooms because they added 2 twins for us and it worked out perfect! Lucas, Warrent and Jill were excellent hosts. So responsive. The special guide from the owners was SO helpful for our planning and despite having been to St John many times, it actually introduced us to new things on the island.
We already booked our next visit to St John at Villa Kia Orana in 2027! Can't wait to come back! Thank you

Great villa, great location, great staff!

We found Villa Kia Orana on St John Vacation Rentals site and are so glad we did. We travel with a few other couples once and year and this time it was to celebrate my 50th birthday and our friend's 25 year anniversary.
The villa was perfect for us because we all had "the best bedroom" and lots of privacy. It also has great places to gather ---several sitting areas on the veranda, the great room, a large bar with barstools in the kitchen and of course the game room. We retreated the the game room a few times when we needed a break from the St John sun and also after getting dinner in town.
Chef Vinny came over and made us an amazing celebratory meal one night and Megan and her massage therapists helped us have a "spa day" one lazy afternoon.
All in all, it was the perfect week with some of our favorite people. I would go back to this villa again and again!

A 50th birthday to remember

I am so over the moon about Villa Kia Orana and St John! We took our family of 4, 2 elementary school-age kids, and my sister and brother-in-law and their teenagers to St John for the first time in July and it was wonderful. First, the villa is amazing. It is big but feels cozy. Private guest suites with walk-in closets that are the most beautiful closets I have ever seen, and gorgeous spa-like bathrooms. There are a few outdoor showers, 1 soaking tub in a private outdoor bathroom. You can see the ocean from every room. We cooked in 1/2 the time and loved the perfectly appointed chef's indoor kitchen that is steps from this huge outdoor kitchen. The kids loved our make-your-own pizza night. (Sam and Jack's has pre-made dough) We sat by the fire pit a few nights and looked at the stars while the other nights we floated in the pool. You see so many more stars in St John then we can at home. The game room was a hit with everyone!!! So much fun!
The villa had everything we needed. Beach gear like ice chests, cooler bags, beach towels, snorkel gear, tubs and rafts and beach chairs. The beaches are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen and we have been to quite a few in the Caribbean.
Can't say enough about the staff and owners. They were so helpful! When we had questions they got back to us in minutes.
One word of caution...we are now addicted to St John and already booked our return stay at Villa Kia Orana. Be careful, you will likely get addicted to this villa and St John if you stay there too!

Best Family Vacation Yet!

Our family business retreat at this Luxury Villa in Cruz Bay was unforgettable! The spacious 4bd/6ba layout fit 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 grandbabies perfectly. The villa was immaculate, beautifully designed, and felt like a private paradise. The pool was spectacular day and night, and the master suite’s indoor-outdoor shower and marble tub were pure bliss. Gabe and Jill the owners, and Victor were amazing hosts who made everything seamless. We shared over 2,000 photos and videos, capturing forever memories. The chef’s kitchens, indoor and outdoor, made dining at home easy with a great market just 3 minutes away. Highly recommend renting the 4Runner to explore the beaches! Perfect for blending work and play — truly five-star island living. Can’t wait to return! fyi ask Jill and Gabe the two white glove VIP services we used to get from St. Thomas Airport to the house as we used Jermaine with transportation luxury van and Captain Dan & Captain Ryan with the best private boat ever !!!

Best villa on St John!

We were a family consisting of 2 couples and a single adult. Jill was phenomenal; great to work with and appreciated her help. The place is gorgeous. Very well outfitted with soaps, detergents, towels, all sorts of beach stuff. The kitchen was a lot to navigate – a real cook’s kitchen, huge stove, multiple coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, plethora of cabinets with all manners of kitchenware. And that doesn’t include the outdoor kitchen! House was beautiful and we loved every minute. We would have liked it if the pool was vacuumed better but we didn’t mind. We made use of the game room. The outdoor shower in the master was incredible. Would love to return.Responsive hostClear instructionsEasy to get insideFelt right at homeSpotless furniture & linensFree of clutterSqueaky-clean bathroomPristine kitchen
